Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all participants of the Secure to Love Again™ program, offered by Beacon Hill Counselling & Coaching. By enrolling in the program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Access & Use

Upon registration, you’ll receive access to the Secure to Love Again™ program, including:

• Weekly video lessons (released on a hybrid schedule: Week 1 available immediately, then weekly drip access for the remaining content)

• Downloadable PDF tools and nervous system workbooks

• Optional live group coaching sessions (if you join The Circle)

• Optional 1:1 coaching (if included in your tier)

Your access is for personal, non-transferable use only. Please do not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

2. Coaching vs. Therapy Disclaimer

This program offers psychoeducational tools, self-inquiry prompts, and nervous system–informed coaching. It is not a substitute for therapy, crisis intervention, or medical advice.

If you're in significant distress, please seek help from a licensed mental health professional or a local crisis resource.

3. Emotional Safety & Group Participation

If you choose to participate in The Circle (weekly group coaching), you agree to uphold the emotional safety of the group:

• Respect confidentiality

• Engage with curiosity and compassion

• Refrain from judgment or advice-giving unless explicitly invited

​

Beacon Hill reserves the right to remove any participant from group calls or community spaces if their behaviour compromises the safety of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the value of this program, and we also honour your decision-making process.

If you begin the program and realize within the first 14 days that it’s not a fit, you may request a one-time refund by contacting us directly at help@beaconhill-relationships.com.

​

After Day 14 or once Week 3 materials have been accessed (whichever comes first), no refunds will be issued.

​

All sales are final beyond this window. This policy helps protect the integrity of the material and the emotional container we hold.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full fee for the program tier selected at checkout. If you’re on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all installments — even if you decide not to finish the program.

Payment is securely processed; Beacon Hill does not store your credit card information.

​

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, PDFs, worksheets, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Krista Lachapelle and Beacon Hill Counselling & Coaching.

​

You are granted a personal license to use this material in your healing journey. Sharing, reselling, or repurposing without written permission is not permitted.

​

7. Group Coaching Add-On (The Circle)

The Secure to Love Again™ Circle is an optional add-on priced at $240 CAD for 10 weeks of live group coaching and support. This fee is non-refundable and only available to current program participants.

Group calls take place on Wednesdays at 12:00pm PT via Zoom. Replays are not guaranteed, as this is a live and confidential container.

8. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted here and will apply moving forward.
